Chris Larsen grew up in the produce industry learning distribution and cold-chain integrity from some of the largest growers and processors. With decades of executive leadership in temperature-controlled logistics, Chris drives Castellini’s strategic growth and modernization. He is committed to honoring the company’s 130-year heritage while evolving its infrastructure to deliver the most reliable, asset-based cold chain solutions for food brand and retail partners across the areas we serve.
The People Behind the Partnership.
Logistics precision and perishable product expertise don't happen by accident. They happen because of who's in the room.
Castellini’s team is our most durable competitive advantage. For over a century, we were produce specialists, and that knowledge of cold chain operations, perishable product handling, and customer needs didn’t disappear when our business evolved. Instead, it lives on in the people who apply it, evolve it, and carry it forward.
We’re a logistics company now. But we think like people who’ve always had to answer for what happens to product in transit. That combination of operational infrastructure plus product-level instincts is what this team delivers.
